Which deficiency would be classified as functional obsolescence?

    Functional obsolescence can be define as reduction of an object's usefulness or desirability because of an outdated design feature that cannot be easily changed. So if an object design is outdated and modification in the object is not possible or viable option than it can be classified as functionally obsolete.

    First generation computers, old constructed houses, window airconditioners are few examples of it.
