When making the business decisions Xin and Yoshi must consider the financial and non financial aspects of the problems and decisions they are committed to move forward with. So writing down the problems might resolve the issues because Xin and Yoshi would be considering financial and non financial aspects of the problems and relevant decisions they would take.
