    For effective communication to take place or before one will say he/she has successfully communicated, the sender of the message must have ensure that the receiver of the message decode the information contained in the message and probably give the feedback of the message. However, all this cannot happen until one put into consideration the general business-economic climate (the customs, values, and language) or the surrounding culture, and moment in time in which the communication is taking place.

    Take the language for example, one cannot communicate to a Chinese man that did not understand English in English Language despite the wide spread of English language unless there is an interpreter. Also the norms and values of person you are communicating to also determine how much he perceived and understand you. One other important factor is the time you are passing the message, the receiver of the message must have time to listen and listen clear to the information contained in the message for him/her to decode and understand the message.
