Looking for a real job is an intimidating experience, especially when the person has a more timid and introspective leg or when looking for their first job. Therefore, for the job selection process to be a less frustrating experience, it is ideal that the person tries to remain calm and safe, as demonstrating insecurity to the employer can mean a lack of preparation to assume a position that requires responsibility and competence.

To maintain security, the candidate must look for vacancies that match their educational background and professional profile, in addition to demonstrating an ethical and formal posture in a job interview, with values corresponding to that of the company.

A good technique that the candidate can also use to win a job is to demonstrate different behaviors, such as attesting his actions that promote social and environmental responsibility in society, characteristics that are very relevant for current companies.
