Answer : The health care sector by its function owns a responsibility of confidentiality to its clients and by divulging information or allowing free flow of information will amount to endangering the lives of their clients.

Explanation: Allowing free access to medical information about individuals may affect their relationships, endeavours' and their jobs especially if they are negative medical reports. The individual in question might also be deprived or denied some privileges, benefits and opportunities if their medical histories are questionable or negative. Individuals might likely resort to other alternatives since trust has been abused. This might also go a long way to affect the revenue base of the health sector since the confidence of secrecy is breached.

Everyone would have access to their information, they would share the developments and cooperation would raise.

    Explanation:

If a health care organization would follow the rules of transparency then other organizations would have access to their information. therefore, they would be able to be joined by different institutions to make advancements in the development of their research.
