    Answer: are more concerned with what work gets done.

    Explanation: In simple words, leadership refers to the process of motivating and influencing others to work for the achievement of common goals. However, management refers to eh processes under which an individual plans, directs and monitors the activity of others for the achievement of goals.

    Managers belongs to the business activity but leaders could be working for non benefiting activities. Every leaders is manager but not every manager is a leader

    Hence leaders tries to overall develop their followers while managers use their subordinates as the resource for wetting the work done.
