    Answer and explanation:

Subsidies are stimuli given to individuals or organizations to promote something to happen. If the government begins providing subsidies to parents sending their children to summer camps, summer camp services must increase since the demand for camp services is likely to increase exponentially.

There will be increase in demand for summer camp services although with a decrease in price, this is as a result of the government subsidy which will reduce the cost of service in the summer camps, but there will be increase in demand for services because a good number of parents will be enticed because of the subsidy which will reduce the cost of sending their children to summer camps.
