    Employers should be able to check their employees social media for the following reasons;

    checkmate their social life in relation to work

    crosscheck whether ethics and morals are not violated which is against the organization standard

    to maintain discipline and develop good social media attitude

    to enhance good interpersonal relationship among workmates aside workplace

    to enable employees to cultivate an habit of being of ambassador of the organization at all times
