A pizza delivery company promises to deliver all customer orders within one hour of receipt of the order. Actual data collected over the past week showed that the average delivery time was 45 minutes with a standard deviation of 10 minutes. A) Is the company delivering a Six Sigma level of quality to its customers? B) If not, then how much should the standard deviation of the process be reduced to in order to achieve Six Sigma quality.
