Global or think global, act global approach

    Explanation:

My company, an educational company with a focus on solving daily problems students face in their work from school, employs global approach in which it brings experts from many parts of the world to look into students' school problems and proffer solutions to these problems.

In remunerating their workers, they employ an E - channel means of paying foreigners outside a particular continent while locals are paid through designated means in some continents. For example, Europeans are paid through E channels.

The advantage of this methodology to my company is that they have a wide range of better thoughts from experts around the world compared to when they restrict the experts to the country of location of my company. Also, the payment of staff will be made easier in the place of location of my company as well as abroad through the strategies employed.
