    The online travel agency has done the above process due o the advancement of technology. By using latest technologies a company can directly link up with the customer and can evaluate their choice and preferences.

    Also there is not much use of intermediaries as most the decisions have to be made by the customers themselves, they need a service men only to perform the task specified by them.
