Choosing a home can be a very personal matter. Some people care most about the location, while others are most concerned about the size, style, and amenities. What are your top priorities in choosing a home? What do you feel is unimportant in a home? Based on your priorities, what type of house do you think you'd be likely to buy?

I want a reliable house with a nice kitchen and a big yard. Pools are optional, but I live northern USA so winters with the pool would be tough. At least 4 bedrooms, one of them should be master.

    3 bathrooms, one master.

    Furnished basement.

I'd be likely to buy a home in a neighborhood where all the houses look somewhat similar.

    Or I'll build one.
