The answer is: B) consumer misbehavior is habitual

    Explanation:

First of all, for something to be considered unethical behavior it must be something the majority of the population thinks is not morally correct or wrong. So all unmoral acts can't be considered as habitual or common, or else they just wouldn't considered that way. In the case of unethical consumer behavior it s not only seen as morally incorrect but also violates the retailer's policies. Though that doesn't mean it is illegal.

Usually individuals with low morality think that everyone else is like them and most of the time unmoral acts are not done based on necessity. People do them because they want to, they feel "good" by acting that way, and they believe it is worth doing.
