    book value of assets 13,063,000

fair value of net working capital plus fixed assets: 15,350,000

    Explanation:

    book value of assets:

with the working capital we solve for ucrrent assets

    working capital:

    current assets - current liabilities

    current assets - 840,000 = 223,000

    current assets = 840,000 + 223,000 = 1,063,000

now, we add it with the book value of the fixed assets

    1,063,000 + 12,000,000 = 13,063,000

fair value of net working capital and fixed assets:

    1,050,000 + 14,300,000 = 15,350,000
