    I would advice she cuts down on Carbohydrates (eating right)

    Beginning a weight training program and achieving good results is usually a daunting task to accomplish especially for over weighted people or people who are more advanced in age.

    Weight training programs come in different styles it could be undergoing a dieting program to cut down on excess fat in the body system or it could cutting down on certain food types in order to maintain a certain weight level.

    Weight training program might as well involve undergoing rigorous exercise daily at the gym or at home. which ever it is eating right is a very big factor to be considered while on a weight training program.
