According to the Rule of One-Eighth, at best 12 percent of organizations will actually do what is required to build profits by putting people first since one-half times one-half times one-half equals one-eighth

The connection of the profit they get and managing of their people is believed by ½ of organizations while the other ½ try to make one change to solve their issues, and the other ½ will pursue with their practices for quite a long time to actually achieve economic benefits.
