Sally works at All About Tires. Sally's boss tells her that the new tires they received in the store will last for 60,000 miles and are effective in the snow. Sally is a new employee and does not know much about tires herself. Rebecca comes into the store to buy tires that will be long-lasting and will work well in the snow. Sally tells Rebecca to buy the new tires because they will last for 60,000 miles and are great in the snow. Rebecca buys the tires. The next week, there is a huge snowstorm and Rebecca's car goes into a skid and into a ditch because the tires are not good in the snow as Sally had stated. Rebecca asks for a refund. In a situation in which Sally sold a set of snow tires to Rebecca but they failed to accomplish their goal.

Rebecca's money is going to be returned.

    Explanation:

The reason that makes this answer truth is that in the first place, Sally's boss told her that the tires were meant to carry on duty. She used his words to fundament the argument of sell and because they weren't effective to carry on that task. The money has to be returned. Because it broke the logic and the information provided from the selling part, also Sally is not going to take any responsibility for the matter.
