Company's that are motivated by profit, need to make sure their goods and/or services are at the highest quality to make sure consumers are getting their full benefits from them. If a consumer is unhappy with the product or service it is likely that others have the same outlook on it and will be less likely to continue purchasing the items. If the items are not being purchased, the company does not have a high profit return.
