Black diamond showed a strong ethical perspective on how it handles its employees and partners elsewhere. Black diamond offers additional services for everyone to ensure that people are treated equally and equitably in order to meet their basic needs for healthcare, food, housing and education.

They secured their out-of-country offices with strict enforcement and also qualification processes and trust them as demonstrated when the owner sent his daughter alone to the location for a period of time. By doing so, Black diamond ensures that its workers are treated fairly, so as to promote and uphold the highest standards of ethics that was in the company.
