If you are retired with a part-time job, are you still considered employed in the labor force or are you not included in the labor force because you are retired?

    According to the BLS The labor force is people ages 16 and older who are either working or actively looking for work. This doesn't include active-duty military members and the institutionalized people, such as prison inmates.
