How does the risk/return ratio of a government bond compare with that of other types of investments?

    The risk/return ratio of a government bond is (in most cases) greatly more safe to invest in compared to other types of investments. On the other hand, putting money in government bonds is (in most cases) significantly less profitable. So the risk/return ratio is that you risk small and return small.
