oad on 4 cashiers and 2 baggers = 20 customers per hour

    Load on 1 cashier = 20/4 = 5 customers per hour

Capacity of 1 cashier = 1 customer in 5 minutes = 12 customers per hour

    So, utilization of cashiers = 5 / 12 = 41.67%
