    Fixed Cost of Process B - Fixed Cost of Process A : Unit Variable cost of Process A - Unit Variable Cost of Process B

    Where:

    Fixed Cost = $12,000

    Hence:

    (12,000-3,000) / (10-2)

    =$9,000/8
