Apprenticeship is where one person trains another or a group of people in the trade they are skilled at. These people are working along side another to be trained and get a cerfification in the skills they have been learning and practicing. Entrepreneurship is when someone decides to take knowledge they have and start their own company. When someone does this they are starting and training people with what they know, not being guided by someone else, like in an apprenticeship.
