    Explanation:

    Savings are yours to withdraw at anytime. Stocks can be sold on the stock market fairly easily.

    Property is less liquid because you have to search for a buyer which can take time.

    With a 401k you can only begin withdrawing after reaching the age of 59. Of course a 401k will be liquid if you are 59
