    These are two practical illustrations of how managers can leverage organizational behavior components to maximize business success.

    Explanation:

    The first example I bring is about communication. First of all, when a manager is new to an area or the area has been updated. The manager has to contemplate the different areas of his or her department. Then, establish an organizational model of communication. Circular is my favorite so we are going to use it in this example. First, the manager has to establish that there are no ranks on the organization of the department. Instead, there are roles. These roles have the same amount of importance and therefore they can always communicate one to the other to improve the accomplishment of the work team's goals and problems. Thus, if one of the team members has problems with a certain situation he or she can reach anyone to assist him or her instead of following a structured latter of rank distribution. Second, another case would create a critical feedback mindset. This can be done by explaining the work team they are going to take an approach in which the manager will tell all of them their opportunity areas so they can improve in their job and receive bonuses of efficiency from it.
