Planning and resource allocation - Scrum approach is lot better than traditional approach. In scrum approach proper management of resources are done for project. The project is broken into smaller projects and each sub-project is then checked and tracked. This makes project management easy.

Cost of Projects - In scrum approach cost can be easily maintained because of the work involved. Since the work is done in smaller burst it is easy to maintain cost compared to traditional approach where work is done in longer duration.

Team Cohesion - Project management is lot easier in scrum approach as daily activities are tracked in scrum and activities can be prioritized and necessary action can be taken.

Managing changes in project team membership: managing changes in the project team membership is not flexible in the scrum approach. As the sprints in the scrum project are of short period. changes made in the team will affect the project. the way in which work is done depend on the problem of the team.

Managing changes in the project team membership is not possible because it is a method used in projects which are large and done at various places and needs more time. so it can cope up with the changes made in the team.
