And if the Bank doesn't knows that person is dead then the bank will pay the person and is not liable to the person whom this amount is to be inherited. If the bank knows that the person who is presenting check is incompetent or that the person is dead from whose account the amount would be deducted and still the bank process the payment transfer, then the bank is liable for such acts.
