Process Mean Standard Deviation Lower Spec Upper Spec H 15.0 0.32 14.1 16.0 K 33.0 1.00 30.0 36.5 T 18.5 0.40 16.5 20.1 Compute the appropriate capability index for each, and decide if the process is capable.

    The capability index for process H, K and T are 0.94, 1 and 1.33 respectively (chose lowest one between upper and lower capability index).

    On the basis of capability criteria one can say that only process-T is capable.
