    Yes. In this case "terminating" the contract does not mean cancelling it, it simply means that once the obligations have been met the agreement is closed out. So if you hire someone to paint your house and the person finishes the job and gets paid the agreed amount the contract has terminated because all the parts of the agreement were met.
