    OSHA refers to Occupational Safety and Health Administration. It was created with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. It was originated to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance, according to its own website. So, if there is a violation of safety or health standard the complaint should be addressed to OSHA.
