Why is it important to include a persons title while developing a reference sheet for a resume?

    I believe the answer is: So that the company will see if your reference is someone related to you or from your past job.

    This will also show the company if they are credible enough to be as their reference in accepting you in the company, which make you would appear to be more desirable over other candidates and increase your chance of receiving the job.
