The statement that is not true is letter D. Inspectors must not encourage the client to contribute ideas toward the analysis because that is not within protocol for inspectors. If you are just inspecting, the client does not have any say in the inspection because getting ideas from them your mind might be manipulated and you might favor the client. We are against bias towards any client that's why with the client being silent inspection will be more credible. The first three choices are true because inspectors should be knowledgeable of the standard operating procedure and should put it into practice easily. A checklist on the other hand serves a guide or direction for inspectors as to not forget anything. Then, simple language is necessary so that easy communication will take place between both parties.
