You have a customer who has been banking with you for years, and who clearly trusts you. She wants to open several new accounts, so you refer her 2 another person in your branch who handles new accounts. She says she is not interested in dealing with anyone except you, and if she cannot open these accounts through you she will not open them. What would you do?

I will not, because that is against the rules whether she like it or not that's our rules. For a reason that i am part of the bank. I will convince her that she only could open the accounts to to other person except me.
