Legal stakeholder - is an entity or individual with possession of something valuable.

Individuals - those that have monetary or nonmonetary interest in an organization or entity

Community interest - is a group of residents who are awaiting the arrival of a city's new transit system.

corporate investment - different groups of stakeholders exist, have a vested interest in the corporation's success as they have devoted their time, talent and energy working for the organization.
