Since honesty is important to Rosa, she should tell the clerk that she still owes another $0.50. The reason why she should do this is because then she will be able to carry out the honesty that is so important to her. Also, if she tells the clerk about the $0.50 that she still owes, she will not have to deal with any feelings of guilt later.
