Why have average wages not increased substantially in the last 20 years?/?

    Learning effect is the hypothesis that instruction increments with efficiency and results in higher wages. The reason behind why normal wages don't increment generously over the most recent 20 years is the rivalry from foreign organizations has diminished for low-skilled workers.
