    False. Not necessarily. It is against the law not to be truthful when marketing, however some businesses will enhance their services through their use in description, and through use of promotional offers such as discounts and sales. Depending on how much stock the company has to sell the more likely they are to over exaggerate their assets. That way they are not telling the whole truth but are not breaking the law.
