The best example of a task that makes a lot of sense in a company to outsource is customer support which is more common as phone support. Even the costs maybe high, there are many parts which employing, providing office space and training, and paying taxes on support reps are not very high. It make sense because it is the best way to outsource a company and to make a better apporach to the client
