What is the difference between matter and nonmatter

    Matter is neither created nor destroyed. The Conservation of Mass-Energy. There is a scientific law called the Law of Conservation of Mass, discovered by Antoine Lavoisier in 1785. He explains in said law that you cant create or destroy matter. Non-matter is when you have something that puts out energy or things like that. Non-matter does stuff while matter does not do stuff.
