The percentage yield is calculated as follows

Taking the mass of product obtained divided by mass theoretical yield multiplied by 100

    mass Theoretical yield = 22.8g

mass of the product = 15.1g

    percentage yield = 15.1g/22.8g x100 = 66.23%
