    Orientation and energ have to mix in order for this collision to be true

    1) Molecules need to collide with sufficient energy, aka activation energy, so that chemical bonds can break. 2) Molecules need to also collide with the proper orientation. A collision that meets these two criteria makes a chemical reaction.
