    Well, there's four that cause thunderstorms. Cold front, warm front, stationary front, and occluded front.

    Cold fronts tend to be faster and are associated with violent types of weather, making it easier for meteorologists to spot

    Warm fronts produce less violent storms and are slower

    Stationary fronts don't move and get sandwiched between warm fronts

    Occluded fronts occur when faster-moving cold fronts overtake slower-moving warm fronts. Similar to warm fronts and tend to be milder
