I would convert the 548 grams to 548ml they are equivalent ie 1 gram = 1ml and 1.50 litres equals 1500ml so 548/1500 = 0.365 moles. The HCL weight is 548 grams and what it is dissolved in is 1.50 litres of water. Conversion of grams to millilitres and litres to ml allows the problem to be solved correctly.
