    H = 10m

    1) inner curverd surface area = total cost / cost of painting per m^2

    2200 / 20 m^2 = 110 m^2

    2) 2 pie rh = 110

    2 * 22/7 * r * 10 = 110

    r = 110 * 7 / 2 * 22 * 10 = > 1.75 m is radius

    3) capacity of vessel = pie r^2 h

    22/7 * 1.75 * 1.75 * 10 = > 96.25 m ^3

    so inner curveed surface area = 110m^2

    radius = 1.75 m and capacity = 96.25 m ^3 { 1m^3 = 1kl }

    96.25 kl
