Oxidation number of Pb is 0 (neutral atom), oxidation number of Pb in PbO is + 4, so Pb lost 4 electron from Pb⁰ to Pb⁺⁴. Charge of one electron is - 1,6·10⁻¹⁹C. Q = 4· (-1,6·10⁻¹⁹C) = - 6,4·10⁻¹⁹C.
