1 mol mag acetate dissociates into 1 mol Mg ion and 2 mols acetate ions in water. Therefore, if 0.6 mol mg of acetate is dissolved in 0.135 literss of water, we will have 0.6/0.135 = 4.44 moles / lit Mg2 + ions and 0.6*2/0.135 = 8.88 moles / liter C2H3O2 - ions.
