    Mass of a sample = M = ?

    Density of a sample = D = 8.9 g/cm³

    Volume of the sample = 6 cm³

    By using the formula = D = M / V

    Density = Mass / Volume

    Mass = Density x Volume

    M = D x V

    Putting the values of density and mass of the sample

    M = 8.9g/cm³ x 6cm³ = 53.4 g

    So, the mass of the material in grams is 53.4g
