Which has a greater mass, a kilogram of feathers or a kilogram of iron? Which has a greater density? Explain.

    They are the same a kilogram is a kilogram, the substance does not matter.

    The iron has a greater density because there is more molecules in an area.

    *a trick I use is: would 1 kilo of iron take up more space than a kilo of feathers? The one with less mass is more dense.
