You have to divide 38 grams by the molar mass of sodium carbonate to get moles

    38/106 =.35 moles

Then divide 4,400ml by 1,000 to get liters

    4,400/1,000 = 4.4 l

Then divide moles by liters to get molarity

    .35/4.4 =.079M
